Age Legislation Policy Statement

Please find below our Policy Statement with regard to the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 effective from 1st October 2006.


We undertake as Recruitment Consultants:

  • to offer our services to applicants irrespective of age

  • not to apply age as a selection criterion when shortlisting applicants on behalf of employers

  • not to accept unlawful discriminatory instructions from employers

  • not to employ discriminatory age limits or experience duration requirements in recruitment advertisements or job specifications

  • to work with employers and applicants at all times to ensure full awareness of respective rights and obligations under the new legislation
